It was the best trip in my life . We had our Spring Break from 20th March to 4th April 2008 , I went to Buffalo by Amtrak from Cleveland - I reached Buffalo on 24th March at around 9am , then I wanted to go Amharst, in Buffalo - near the SUNY - one of my Sister was in SUNY that time - I reached in Amharst at around 10am , by Cab from Amtrak Station - though that Amtrak experience was not so good ... kinda boring and suffocating for me ... after I reached took our lunch and Me and Amrita was planning to go for Niagra Falls ... from Amharst to Niagara was a long journey by Public Transport - but on that time we were just mad about to see the Niagra - it was Sunny day but was too much cold outside - after that we took a bus from Amharst - reached at Metro Station - took a Metro to Downtown Buffalo then took a Bus from there to Niagara falls ... We just took our Day pass from the 1st transportation which was from Amharst to Metro station it was just $3.50- and that was the round trip expenss for Amharst-Niagara-Amharst...after
that we reached at Niagara after around 3hours journey - but it was real fun-after we saw the huge amount of water and rainbow in the water ... we were there around 2-3 hours - I took loads of Photos over there, then went for lunch in a Indian Resturant but the food was so bad - I suggest if anyone went to Niagara falls from USA side dont dare to go for that Indian resturant for food, we were so hungry and we ate Chiken Biriyani and Chiken Tanduri - and both of them were disgusting - biriyani was like Rice and Chiken curry mix together and put some fried onion on the top - that was really remembering me the Biriyani in Shiraz, in Kolkata- after that me and Amrita was planning to came back at Amharst and we went to the bus stop took the bus came back to Amrita's place on that same way - it was a bit late around 8pm finally we reached at home. That was awesome trip for me - 2 girls alone - with out car - chilled weather - loads of obstacls but after all this negetive thing we had a very good time in Niagara and enjoyed a lot ... after all Girls Power it should work even though we did not have any plan or proper direction ... but yes one thing is true that day I was missing my Mom Dad and Sis a lot - and that was making me kind of pissd off ... after I came back to Boca Raton .. I made a video with some of my memories which I had in Niagara and also at back home in Kolkata ...I choose a very famous song from Mohiner Ghoraguli sang by Chandari in middle of 90s ...I would like to share that video with you people...I think it can be the very common feeling for everyone who are stay away from home for long time ...
